We have been running this place at Palam Marg for quite some time now. Vasant Vihar is a busy part of Delhi, so there is always something happening right outside our door. Being in Block A, we get a lot of people just stopping by to ask questions or see what we do. It’s a clinic, so things can get a bit serious sometimes, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. Nobody likes being in a stiff, cold office, so we just act like ourselves. We handle the daily stuff that comes with running a place like this, from answering the phone to making sure the rooms are ready for whoever is coming in next. Some days are much longer than others, especially when the traffic in Delhi is acting up and people are running late. We have a small team here and we’ve all known each other for a bit, so it feels more like a small family than a corporate office. We don't have those shiny brochures or anything. It's just a clean space where we do our work. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, and the plants need watering more often than we remember, but it works for us. We are just here on the ground floor, doing what we need to do for the folks who walk through the door. It is pretty straightforward, really, nothing too complicated about it.
