Aura Skin Cosmetology Clinic

Aura Skin Cosmetology Clinic is inside a DDA SFS flat, number 221 in Sector-9, Pocket 1 of Dwarka. It’s a residential area, so it doesn't feel like you are going to a cold, sterile office building. We like it this way because it’s quiet and there’s a bit of greenery around the pocket. The flat has been converted into a clinic space, so we have different rooms for the cosmetology work. We spend a lot of time here every day. The waiting room is just a small area with a couple of sofas. We don't have any big advertisements on the walls, just the necessary certificates and some plain paint. Most of the people who come to see us are from the surrounding flats in Dwarka. They walk over or park their cars nearby. We talk to them about their skin and what they need help with. The lighting is bright in the treatment rooms, but we keep it soft in the waiting area. We have a small desk where we do the billing and keep the appointments. Sometimes the doorbell rings when we are in the middle of something, and we have to go back and forth. It’s just a small, local operation. We don’t use any complicated jargon with the people who visit. We just explain things simply and do what needs to be done.
