Munirka is a crowded place, and Baba Ganganath Market is probably one of the busiest spots you could find. Our office, Icon Consultant, is at E-108/3, right in the thick of things. It’s a small space, squeezed between other shops and offices, and you can always hear the sound of the market through the windows. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just some calendars on the wall and a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes. It’s a practical workspace for the handful of us who are here. We spend our days mostly on the phones or typing away. Because we’re in the market, there’s never a shortage of places to grab a quick bite, which is lucky for us. The electricity sometimes flickers when it gets really hot outside, but we just keep going. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it suits us just fine. We’ve got a routine that works, and everyone knows their part. We don’t bother with fancy suits or corporate talk; we just talk to each other like regular people. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the market is full of shoppers, but that’s just part of being in Munirka. We’ve been here for a while and don't really see a reason to be anywhere else. We just do our work and go home.
