Aurasa Ayurveda

We’ve been over here in Hauz Khas Village for a while now, tucked away in 13 A near the Ambience area. It’s a busy spot outside with all the cafes and shops, but our place stays pretty quiet mostly. Aurasa Ayurveda started because there was just too much noise about health and we wanted to stick to the basics that actually work. We use a lot of herbs and traditional oils, things people in our families have used for generations. It’s not fancy, just regular stuff done the old way. Most days it’s just us handling the herbs and making sure the oils are right. People come in from the neighborhood or sometimes further away when they feel a bit worn out. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the routine. The shop smells like dry leaves and sandalwood usually. It’s a small space, so things get a bit crowded sometimes when we get a shipment in. We try to keep things simple because that’s how Ayurveda is supposed to be. No big machines or loud noises here. Just some glass jars, wooden tables, and time. If you walk through the village, you’ll find us easily enough. We keep the lights a bit low and just do the work. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local scene here. Sometimes the traffic outside is a mess, but inside it’s okay.
