Hands On Success

Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't used to the lanes in New Mahavir Nagar. We are on the second floor of building L-76, right in Gali No.7. It’s a typical Delhi street, narrow and always something happening. You have to walk up the stairs since it's an older building. The office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. We have some desks and computers set up. Most of the work involves talking to people about what they want to do next with their lives. Hands On Success is just the name we picked because we like to be involved in the process. It's not a big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here on the second floor. The neighborhood is quite lively, so there’s always noise coming from the street, especially in the afternoons. We usually have the fans going full blast in the summer. It gets quite warm. We drink a lot of water and try to stay on top of the paperwork. People come by mostly by word of mouth. It feels like a neighborhood spot more than a big business office. We don't use any fancy software for everything, just the basics that get the job done. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists and making notes on paper. That’s just how we do things here every day for the folks in Delhi-110018.
