Halal Mutton & Chicken House

We are located at shop number 205 in the I N A Market area, right near Sarojini Nagar. Most people know this market for the food and the variety of things you can find here. Halal Mutton & Chicken House has been a part of this community for quite a while. Our day starts long before the shoppers arrive. We have to get everything ready, making sure the cuts are done properly for the early morning walk-ins. It’s a busy spot, especially on weekends when everyone is out buying groceries for their big family meals. The shop isn’t very large, so things can get a bit cramped when there are five or six people waiting at once. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a counter, some scales, and our knives. The staff here are like family; we’ve worked together for years. We see the same faces every week, people who have been buying from us since their kids were small. It’s nice to have that kind of connection with the neighborhood. Sometimes the market gets very loud with all the vendors shouting, but you get used to it. We just focus on getting the orders right and keeping the place clean. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. If the meat is good, people come back. That's the only rule we follow.
