We’ve been working out of the Indal Complex for a while now. It’s right on the main road near the Shiv Mandir in Kondli village. Growing a business like Growthentic Media takes time, especially here in a busy place like Delhi. Most days, you'll find us stuck in traffic on the way in or just trying to get through the pile of work sitting on our desks. It’s definitely not a fancy office, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with media stuff, trying to figure out how to help other people get noticed in a crowded market. It’s noisy outside because of the main road traffic, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet starts acting up, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We started this because we wanted to do something of our own. It wasn't about being big or famous, just about doing a decent job every day. The neighborhood people know us by now, and we know the guy at the tea stall around the corner pretty well. We spend long hours here, sometimes much later than we originally planned. It’s a lot of staring at computer screens and talking over cups of coffee. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the momentum going for our clients. It’s honest, practical work. We don't have a marketing team telling us what to say. Being in Delhi 110096 keeps us grounded.
