We’ve been here at 199, Defence Colony for a long time now. If you know the Flyover Market area, you know it gets pretty busy with all the cars and people moving around. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we handle the Polchem stuff and keep track of orders. It can get a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside, but we’re used to it. Most days it’s just us sitting around the desks, answering the phone and dealing with whatever comes in through the door. We handle a lot of chemical-related logistics and sales from this spot. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and things look a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that's usually when we take a break. It’s a solid location because it's easy to tell people how to find us—just look for the flyover and the market. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, new shops opening and closing, but we stay put. It's practical here. We deal with suppliers and customers mostly over the phone, but having this physical spot in Defence Colony matters for the local stuff. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to get things out on time without making a big fuss about it.
