Samveg Impex Company

We are located down in the basement at T-6 in Green Park Extension. Being in a basement means we don't get much natural light, so we rely on those old fluorescent tubes that sometimes flicker. It stays cooler down here though, which is nice when the Delhi heat really starts to pick up in the summer. Samveg Impex Company has been running out of this space for a good while. It's a bit of a tight squeeze with all the inventory and the desks, but we make it work. You have to walk down the stairs carefully because the light switch is tucked away in a weird spot. We spend most of our hours checking orders and making sure the packing is done right. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. Green Park is a decent area, and there are some good places to get a quick snack just around the corner. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to break the silence. When it rains, we have to keep an eye on the entrance to make sure no water leaks in. It’s happened once or twice before. We’re just a small crew of people trying to keep things running smooth. Most of our neighbors are quiet, so we don't get bothered much. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle every day. The walls are thick, which helps drown out the city.
