Matcos Impex Inc. is situated on the ground floor of N-222 in Greater Kailash-i. Being on the G.F. is pretty convenient because we don’t have to deal with elevators or too many stairs when things are being delivered. Greater Kailash is a nice area, a bit different from the more industrial parts of the city, but we still work just as hard. Our office is a functional space. We have a few computers, a heavy-duty stapler that gets a lot of use, and a kettle that’s almost always on. We handle impex work, which basically means we are always looking at logistics and customs rules. It can be a bit dry, honestly, but it’s what we know how to do. Some days the office feels a bit cramped with all the samples lying around, but we find a way to stay organized. Matcos Impex Inc. isn't a huge corporation with a thousand employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure our clients get what they need. We don't have a polished corporate image. If you came by, you’d probably see us arguing over where a specific document went or planning the next week’s schedule. We like it this way. It feels real and grounded. The address N-222 is where we spend most of our lives, and it’s become a second home for the team. Sometimes the rainy season makes the street a bit muddy, but we just keep working.
