Our small office is tucked away in Govindpuri, Kalkaji, at B-518. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how narrow the lanes can be and how much life is packed into every corner. We focus on travel journeys, which basically means we spend our time looking at maps and checking flight schedules for people. It is a private limited company on paper, but in reality, it is just a group of us who really like figuring out the best ways to get from one place to another. We have a lot of files on our desks and old calendars on the walls. The neighborhood is loud, with rickshaws and vendors outside, but we have gotten used to it over the time we have been here. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines and local transport providers. It is not always easy work, especially when someone’s flight gets cancelled or a road is blocked, and we have to scramble to find another way. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. We usually eat our lunch together and talk about where we would go if we weren't stuck in the office all day. It is a practical business and we take things as they come, one booking at a time.
