A typical day involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We have to keep track of many moving parts. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes things break or plans change at the last minute. We just deal with it as it comes. Most of the people working here have been with the company for years. We know each other's coffee orders and who to go to when the printer acts up.
