We are situated in East Patel Nagar, specifically on the second floor at 4/1. Our space is private number 5. Global Melange Info Solutions Private Limited is the name, but we usually just call ourselves the team at Patel Nagar. The area is quite central and there are always people moving around the market nearby. Our office is a bit small, and we’ve had to get creative with how we arrange the desks so everyone has some space. It’s a typical Delhi office setup—a bit cramped, a bit hot in the summer, but it’s ours. We handle information solutions, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on computers and talking to people on the phone. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules or formal dress codes. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting through the list of things to do. There’s a tea stall just down the road that makes great ginger tea, and that’s where you’ll usually find one of us if we’re on a break. We don’t have any big slogans or promises to make. We just try to handle the work as it comes in and keep things running as smoothly as possible. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and the filing system isn’t perfect, but we get there in the end. It’s just how we work.
