Global Medical Handholding Llp

Our office is tucked away on the second floor of B-71 on Paschimi Marg. Vasant Vihar is a nice area, quite green compared to other parts of Delhi. We aren't a hospital or a shop selling equipment. What Global Medical Handholding Llp does is mostly sit with people and help them figure out where to go when they have a medical emergency or need a specific doctor. It’s a lot of hand-holding, which is why the name is what it is. The second floor gets some good light in the mornings. We have a small desk and a few phones that never seem to stop ringing. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up walking the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. People often come to us when they are confused by all the hospital paperwork and insurance rules. It can be a real headache for them. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the local hospitals well. It’s not a polished corporate office with a receptionist in a fancy suit. It’s just us in a room with some computers and a lot of notebooks. We spend most of the day talking to families and trying to make things a bit easier. The 110057 area is home for us now. We keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand without any big fuss. Our spot on Paschimi Marg is easy to find.
