Delight Enterprises

Delight Enterprises is out on Plot No. 673/2 on the Gurgaon Road in Ghitorni, near the G.I.D.C. in V.U. Nagar. It’s a bit of an industrial area, so there are always trucks and heavy machinery moving around nearby. Our place is basically a big shed and some office space where we handle the daily business. It’s not exactly pretty, but it’s where we get the work done. We deal with various enterprise tasks, which usually involves a lot of lifting, moving, and checking on supplies. The dust from the road gets in everywhere, so we are constantly cleaning off the desks. We have a small crew and most of us have been working together for years. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in everyone's lives. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decor because it doesn't make the work any better. Instead, we focus on making sure the orders are handled correctly and that nothing gets lost in the warehouse. Lunch is usually a communal affair where we sit on whatever is available and share what we brought from home. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but that is just the nature of working in an industrial zone like this. We keep our heads down and focus on the day’s list. We've been here for a while and the rhythm of the place just feels right.
