We are located over at G. T. K. Road Industrial Area, specifically at No. B-35/3. Being in an industrial zone means there is always noise and movement around us, which actually suits how we work. India Trade Link Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for years. It’s a practical space. We have the warehouse area and a small office section where we handle the documents. It gets dusty because of the road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We deal with various trade links and logistics every single day. Most of our time is spent on the phone or talking to drivers. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people; we are a smaller team just trying to keep the business steady. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due, drinking tea and checking the lists. It's nothing special, just honest work. We’ve seen the industrial area change a lot since we started. Neighbors come and go, but we’ve stayed put at B-35/3. We don't use fancy software for everything, a lot of it is still written down in ledgers because that’s what we trust. If you come by, you'll see we are just regular people doing a regular job. We try to keep our promises to the people we work with. That is basically what we do here. No more, no less.
