Fusionhawk Private Limited is based in Flat No. 328, Tower No 1 of the Mount Kailash apartments in East of Kailash. It’s a quiet, residential setting, which is a nice break from the usual noise of Delhi. Our office is a converted flat, so it has a very lived-in, comfortable feel. We use the main living area as our primary workspace where all the desks are set up. The kitchen is always stocked with tea and coffee because that’s what keeps us going through the day. We don't have any flashy signs or glass partitions. It’s just a regular home that we’ve turned into a place of work. Being in East of Kailash is convenient because the metro is nearby, but the apartment complex itself is tucked away from the main traffic. We have a balcony where we sometimes go to take a phone call or just breathe for a second. The furniture is a bit of a mix-and-match situation, which adds to the informal vibe of the place. We don't have a formal dress code or any corporate rituals. We just show up, do our work, and try to keep things moving. It’s a very grounded way of running a business. We like the fact that it doesn't feel like a sterile office. It’s just a simple space where we can focus on our tasks.
