Frsher

Our workspace is inside House No 259 in Satya Niketan, New Delhi. If you know the 110021 area, you’ll know it’s always buzzing with students and people heading to the market. We are right in the middle of all that noise and energy. The name Frsher is what we go by, and it fits because the atmosphere here is always changing. It’s not a formal corporate office. We basically took a house and turned it into a place where we can work on our projects. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, with people sitting at every available table. We do a lot of different things, mostly helping people with various local services or projects they have going on. There isn't a fancy reception area or a secretary. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and open it. We keep our own hours and usually have music playing in the background while we work. Some days we get a lot done, and other days we just end up talking about new ideas for hours. It’s a very informal setup, which is exactly how we like it. The walls are covered in notes and sketches. It feels more like a shared flat than a company, but the work gets done regardless. We've been here for a bit now and we like being part of the Satya Niketan community.
