Flamz Online Services Private Limited is based out of Uttam Nagar, at Plot No-2 in Om Vihar, Phase 5. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't used to the narrow lanes of this part of Delhi. The address can be a bit confusing for delivery people because the plot numbers don't always follow a logical order. Our office is a simple room in a building that’s surrounded by houses and other small shops. It’s definitely not a corporate skyscraper. We have a few desks and some plastic chairs for when visitors stop by, which isn't very often. The air gets quite dusty because of all the construction nearby, so we’re always wiping down our screens. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who’ve been working together for a while. We usually keep the door open to let some air in, even if it means hearing the vegetable sellers shouting on the street. It’s a very local vibe. We often send someone out to get samosas in the late afternoon when our energy starts to flag. It’s an honest place to work, without any pretension. We just log in, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a basic setup that suits us just fine and we prefer it over a loud main road.
