First Principle Designs Pvt. Ltd.

We’ve been running First Principle Designs Pvt. Ltd. out of this office at 89 Golf Links for quite some time now. It’s a decent spot in New Delhi, though the traffic nearby can get a bit much during the evenings. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees or a glass building. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks covered in drawings and coffee mugs. The address says Haryana sometimes on the older forms, but we are firmly in the 110003 zip code area. We handle a lot of different design stuff here. It gets pretty busy, especially when deadlines are close and we’re all rushing to finish. We don’t have a fancy front desk or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up and answers it. The space is a bit small, and the shelves are overflowing with old files we should probably throw out one day. We like it this way though. It feels real. Living and working in New Delhi means you get used to the noise and the dust, but inside our office at Golf Links, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking over ideas. We don’t spend money on big advertising campaigns or anything like that. People just know where we are. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a very straightforward setup with no bells or whistles added.
