Fairair Engineers Pvt Ltd

Our place is at 402 Chotta Thakur Dwara, right in the heart of Delhi. It’s a bit of an old area, but it has character. Fairair Engineers Pvt Ltd is mostly about technical stuff, so you’ll see parts and blueprints laying around quite often. The office is on the fourth floor, and the stairs can be a bit much if the elevator is acting up again, which happens more than I’d like. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is sometimes half-empty during the day. When we are all here, it gets pretty cramped and noisy with everyone talking over each other. I usually handle the administrative side, making sure the guys have what they need for their jobs. It’s dusty work sometimes, and we don't wear suits or anything like that. We just wear what’s practical. There’s a small tea stall downstairs where we usually grab a snack in the afternoon. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we like it that way. No one is trying to be someone they aren’t. We just fix things and plan projects. Sometimes a drawing gets spilled on, or we lose a pen, but we always figure it out. It’s just how it goes when you’re working with your hands and your head all day. We keep an old fan running in the corner that makes a clicking sound, but it keeps us cool.
