Fcs,Noida,Delhi /Ncr,Portuguese Service Desk Analyst

We are based at A 23/G4 in Dilshad Garden. It is a bit of a long name on the letterhead, mentioning Fcs, Noida, and the Portuguese Service Desk Analyst role, but this is where the actual work happens. The office isn't very big, and we are usually focused on our headsets and screens. Since we deal with specific service desk tasks, there is a lot of technical talk going on throughout the day. It’s a busy atmosphere here in Delhi-110095. We have a couple of printers that always seem to need more ink and a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when we get hungry. The walk from the main road to our building isn't too far, but it can get dusty. We aren't a corporate giant with hundreds of employees in this specific room. It's just a handful of us making sure everything runs the way it's supposed to. We often work late shifts because of the nature of the work. The desks are a bit cluttered with manuals and personal items. We don't really have a janitor, so we take turns tidying up the place ourselves. It feels more like a small team effort than a big company. We’ve been in this part of Dilshad Garden for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a no-nonsense type of place where we just get things done without much fuss.
