Fashion Jewellery

If you know Sarojni Nagar, you know how packed it gets. Fashion Jewellery is located at 172, right in the middle of it all. It’s a tight space. We have shelves all the way to the ceiling filled with different pieces. Sometimes it’s hard to find exactly what you’re looking for because there’s so much stuff. We spend a lot of time untangling chains and sorting beads. The market noise comes right through the door. You hear people bargaining and the street food guys calling out all day. It’s a lot of energy, but it can be tiring too. We don't have many chairs, so we’re on our feet most of the time. We try to keep things organized, but in a small shop like this, stuff just piles up. My brother helps out on the weekends when it gets really crazy. We’ve been in Sarojni for a long time. We know the other shopkeepers, and we watch each other’s places when someone needs a break. It’s like a little community. We don't do any big advertising. People just find us while they're walking around the market. We just show them what we have on the counters. It’s simple. The lights are bright so everything shines, but the back room is pretty dark and full of old boxes. Just a regular shop life.
