We just have our work and each other. The area around Bamnoli is still developing in some ways. We see a lot of construction and trucks passing by the plot. Inside, it’s just a basic office setup. We’ve got some desks we bought secondhand and a rug that’s seen better days. We don't worry too much about the aesthetics. As long as the lights work and the computers turn on, we are happy. We often end up staying late, and the walk out to the main road can be dark. We’ve grown to like the quietness of this village area compared to the loud parts of Delhi. It’s a no-frills kind of operation. We handle things as they come. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. It’s a straightforward way to live and work, and it suits us just fine. Most days start with someone making a big pot of tea for everyone. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks.
