It is grittier and there is more dust, but it feels like where things actually get made or moved. The building is solid and does the job. Inside, we have enough room for everyone to do their part without bumping into each other too much. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or designer lights. We just use what works. The commute on Rohtak Road can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, so we are all pretty happy when we finally get inside the gate at No. 87/1. We’ve been part of the Mundka scene for a bit now. You get to know the other business owners nearby. Sometimes we talk about the road conditions or the power supply. It’s a very practical environment. We don't try to make the place look like a tech startup or a big corporate headquarters. It’s just Eximcorp India Pvt. Ltd. doing what we do every day near Saraswati Vatika.
