We are located over in Green Park, at Y 24 on the lower ground floor. It’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate on trade documents. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We spend most of our time looking at logistics and trying to stay on top of all the moving parts that come with international trade. It's a lot of back and forth with suppliers and transport people. Sometimes the internet acts up or a delivery is late, and then everyone is a bit on edge, but we usually sort it out by the end of the day. We’ve been here long enough that the local shops know our names. We aren't trying to be some massive company with hundreds of employees. We prefer keeping it small so we actually know what’s happening with every file on the shelf. The light in the lower ground floor isn't always the best, so we’ve got a lot of lamps around. It makes it feel a bit more like a home office than a cold business space. People drop by occasionally to talk about their trade needs, and we just sit down and go through the numbers. It’s straightforward work. No one wears suits unless there’s a really big meeting, which doesn't happen every day. We just focus on getting things from point A to point B.
