English Dairy Indian Food Point is located right in the Middle Circle of Connaught Place at A 22. If you know CP, you know how busy it gets around here with all the office folks and the tourists walking in circles. Our spot isn't huge, but we stay busy from the morning until we close up late. There is always the sound of spoons hitting plates and people shouting out their orders over the noise of the traffic outside. We have been at this address for a while and have seen the shops around us change many times, but we just keep doing what we do. The kitchen stays pretty hot, especially during the lunch rush when everyone comes in at once looking for something to eat quickly before heading back to work. We don't really bother with any of that fancy stuff you see in the newer cafes around the Middle Circle. We just have our tables and chairs and the food we make every day. Some of our staff have been here for years and they know the regulars by their faces, even if they don't know their names. A 22 is a bit of a landmark for the people who work nearby and need a reliable place to sit down for a bit. It gets a little cramped when it rains and everyone tries to squeeze inside, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We just keep things moving along.
