Encess Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is located over at 40-A, Pocket-R in Dilshad Garden. It is a busy part of New Delhi and we have been here for a good amount of time. Our office is not a high-rise building or a polished corporate suite. It is just a functional space where we manage our pharma business. You will usually find us surrounded by stacks of files and boxes of supplies that need to be sent out. We do not really do the whole marketing thing because we prefer to let the work speak for itself. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the logistics and the administrative side of things. Sometimes we lose track of time when there is a lot to do, but that is just part of running a small company in this city. We are a small group and we do not have layers of management. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. Being in Dilshad Garden feels right because it is a real community. We try to keep our operations simple and direct. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls here. We just show up every day, handle the orders, and make sure everything is in order before we lock up for the night. It is a basic routine but it works for us.
