It’s basically a converted house or a small commercial unit that we’ve made our own. We spend a lot of time here working on various digital projects. There are days when the office is very quiet, and other days when everyone is talking at once trying to solve a problem. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look or sound; we just want to get the work done right. The location on Vyapar Vihar Road is quite busy, so there is always the sound of traffic in the background. We have a small table where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't use any fancy titles or follow a strict corporate hierarchy. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just handles it. It’s been our base for a while now, and though the paint might be peeling a bit in the corners, it’s a comfortable place for us to spend our working hours. We just focus on the tasks.
