We are located in Building-70, Ber Serai, New Delhi. The name is just "Educational," which sounds a bit generic, I know, but we never got around to changing it to something more creative. Ber Serai is a busy place with lots of students always moving around between coaching classes. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a small room filled with books and old files. There’s barely enough space for more than four people at once. We spend most of our day answering questions about entrance exams and where to get the right books. The building itself is quite old and the stairs are a bit narrow. We don't have a lift, so you have to walk up to find us. It’s a bit of a workout every day. I’ve been working here for three years now, and the view from the window is just more buildings and tangled cables. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or flashy ads. People find us by word of mouth or by seeing the small nameplate on the door. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there with the windows open for some air. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear casual clothes and talk like normal people. We just try to provide the right materials to anyone who asks. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when new shipments arrive and boxes are everywhere. We just move them out of the way so people can sit down.
