We are located in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-ii, specifically at D-16/2. It’s a busy part of town with lots of trucks and factories nearby. Eastern Software Systems Ltd. has been here for quite some time. We aren't in a shiny new office building; it’s more of a functional space that fits the industrial vibe of the neighborhood. Inside, we have our desks set up for software development and general tech support. It gets pretty loud outside during the day with all the industrial activity, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We started this because we liked building software and wanted a place where we could just focus on that. There aren't many frills here. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours debating the best way to fix a bug or design a feature. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers and cables everywhere, but it’s a working office. We don't really do the corporate thing with lots of layers of management. If something needs doing, one of us just grabs it and gets it done. People around Okhla know us as the software folks in the D-16/2 block. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who comes by. It’s hard work, especially when deadlines are tight, but we like the challenge of making things work correctly. We just keep plugging away at the code and see where it takes us.
