You’ll find Featherline Impex Pvt. Ltd. on the third floor of Gupta Plaza, which is E-513 near Ramphal Chowk in Sector 7, Dwarka. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and people walking around. Climbing up to the third floor every morning keeps us in shape, since the elevator isn't always the most reliable thing in the world. Our office is a modest size, just enough for the team and our equipment. We deal with import and export tasks, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone and checking our emails. Dwarka is a good place to be based; it feels a bit more modern than some other parts of the city. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have gotten to know the other people in the building. Our desks are usually covered in post-it notes and half-empty water bottles. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re more of a jeans and t-shirt kind of crew. We focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. It can be stressful when a deadline is looming, but we usually manage to pull through. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home when the work is finished for the day. That is about it.
