Drumroll Media Llp is based at 12 Tilak Marg in New Delhi. This is a pretty central location, and it’s an area with a lot of history and government buildings nearby. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our media projects. It’s not one of those modern offices with bean bags and ping pong tables. We just have sturdy desks and good computers. The building is older, so the ceilings are high and the windows are large, letting in a lot of natural light during the day. We have a small area near the entrance where we keep our coats and bags. The street outside is usually lined with trees, which makes for a nice view when we look up from our screens. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy HR team. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything gets done on time. We often have lunch at our desks while we talk about the work for the day. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when everyone in the area is online, but we manage. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea and coffee. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so there are always folders stacked on the side tables. It is a quiet, hardworking place where we don't put on any airs. We just focus on the media work at hand and get on with it.
