Ddpf (India) Private Limited is located on the 1st Floor of 2 Community Centre in Naraina. If you’ve ever been to Naraina, you know it’s a place where a lot of business happens. There are factories and shops everywhere. Our office in the community centre is pretty basic. We have some desks and a place to sit when we eat lunch. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of glass walls or fancy rugs. We just have what we need to get through the workday. Being on the first floor is convenient because we don’t have to wait for the elevator most of the time. We handle various tasks and paperwork here. The noise from the community centre and the surrounding streets is always there, but we don't mind it much. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We aren't a huge multinational corporation with thousands of people. We’re just a local team doing our part in the Naraina area. We started here because the location made sense for us. Every morning we show up, check what needs to be done, and start working. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized without any unnecessary fuss or long meetings.
