International Export & Import Services

Being in Connaught Place at H - 33/1 Connaught Circus means we’re right in the heart of the city. International Export & Import Services has been in this building for a long time. It’s an old place with high ceilings and those thick walls you don't see much anymore. We spend our days dealing with the logistics of moving goods across borders. It’s not as exciting as it sounds; mostly it’s just checking numbers and making sure the shipping dates are correct. The stairs up to our office can be a bit of a climb, but we're used to it by now. We usually have the fans going to keep the air moving. It’s a busy environment with people coming in and out. We don’t have a flashy sign or a lobby. Just a door with our name on it. Most of our work is done over the phone or through emails. We keep a lot of physical ledgers too, because sometimes it’s just easier to flip through a book. The noise from the street stays down there, which is nice for getting work done. We’re just a small group of people making sure the import and export stuff gets handled correctly. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but it’s what we know how to do. We like being in CP. It feels like the center of everything, even if our office is just basic.
