Our place is called Confidential and we are situated right at C Osparsh Girls Hostel, F 80B, Gali No 14 in Laxmi Nagar. Being in New Delhi 100092 means it’s always crowded and loud outside our door. We share the space near the hostel building, so there are always students and people walking by the gali. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this part of Laxmi Nagar, but we make it work for what we need. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some basic desks and chairs and not much else. Since we deal with confidential things, we don't have a lot of walk-ins who are just browsing. People usually come here with a specific purpose in mind. The traffic in Delhi can be a nightmare, so it takes a while to get anywhere from here, but we are used to that. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at computer screens. Gali No 14 is easy enough to find if you know the area, but it’s easy to get lost if you are new. We like the local vibe here even if it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. There’s no big statement here about what we do. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We stay busy and don't worry about much else.
