Codios Web Solutions Private Limited

Our workplace is House No A-831/1 in Gali No 11, Nand Nagri. It's in North East Delhi, and it’s a very busy and lively neighborhood. Codios Web Solutions Private Limited is basically run out of this house. We aren't a big corporation with multiple floors or a fancy elevator. It's just a few of us in a couple of rooms with some decent computers. The street outside is always full of life and people moving about, which can be a bit distracting when you’re trying to focus on writing code, but we’ve learned to manage it. We’ve been here for a while and the people who live around here know what we’re up to. We don’t have a big sign or anything to attract attention. Most of our work is done on the web, so as long as the internet is running and the coffee is hot, we’re good. Sometimes the power is a bit patchy, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of town. We don't talk like those marketing people you see on TV. We just say what we do, which is building stuff for the internet. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks, charging cables, and empty water bottles. We don't have a formal structure or a boss who makes us wear ties. If something needs doing, one of us just steps up and does it. It’s a very practical way to run things. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them done without much fuss.
