Classic Chicken

I have been working here at Classic Chicken for a long time now. We are located right in Gole Market on Doctors Lane 41372. Most mornings I am here before the sun even starts to come up because the delivery trucks arrive early and there is a lot of work to get the birds ready. The floor is usually a bit damp because we are constantly washing things down with the hose to keep everything tidy. It is not a fancy place by any means. We just have our counters and the chopping blocks where we work all day long. Sometimes the fans overhead make a lot of rattling noise but you eventually just stop noticing it after a few hours. A lot of people from the nearby houses come by, mostly regulars who have been buying from us for years. I know most of their faces but maybe not all their names. It gets really busy on Sunday mornings when everyone wants their chicken for a big family lunch. My hands usually feel quite tired by the time we close up in the evening. There are no big signs or marketing stuff here, just the shop and the work we do. I try to make sure we have enough stock so that nobody has to go home empty-handed. It is a loud and busy job but it is what I know how to do. If you are looking for us, we are just tucked away on that lane.
