Consultant (intl. Trade)

Our office is at J 1967, Flat 5 in Chittaranjan Park. It is not your typical commercial office because it’s basically a flat in a residential area. This works well for us since what we do as a Consultant (intl. Trade) involves a lot of quiet study and looking over international regulations. The neighborhood is full of trees and it’s much calmer than the central markets. We have books and files stacked up pretty much everywhere you look. It’s just a couple of us working here most of the time. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you at the door. We spend a lot of our day on the computer or reading through trade documents. Because we deal with international trade, we often have to work at strange hours to talk to people in different time zones. We start the day with a simple cup of tea and a look at the morning news. We’ve lived and worked in Chittaranjan Park for quite some time now. It’s a comfortable place and it suits the way we handle our business. We don't use any flashy presentations or corporate speak. We just give practical advice based on what we know about the trade industry. It’s a very direct and honest way of working. We just try to be thorough and make sure we don't miss any small details in the paperwork. That is our daily life here.
