Celeste Chocolates

We’re based at 27/94/5A, right near Tikona Park in Delhi. The pincode is 110032. Celeste Chocolates is what we call ourselves, and as you can probably guess, we spend our days around chocolate. Being near Tikona Park is nice because you get a bit of green to look at, even though Delhi is mostly concrete. Our workspace is usually filled with the smell of cocoa, which I guess is a perk of the job. It’s not a giant factory or anything like that. It’s more of a small-scale setup where we handle the packing and the details. The floor is often covered in boxes and wrapping material because there’s always something being sent out. It’s a lot of manual work, making sure every box is ready. We aren't a big fancy company with a dozen managers. It’s just a few of us making sure things go where they’re supposed to go. The neighborhood is typical for this part of Delhi—busy, a bit dusty, and full of life. We’ve got our little corner here and we’ve made it work for us. The building itself is pretty old, but it stays cool enough. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. As long as the chocolate is handled right and the orders are moving, we’re happy. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours.
