We’ve been in this ground floor spot in Lalita Park for a while now. Laxmi Nagar is always crowded, especially near the main road, but our little corner is okay. Mostly, we just keep our heads down and handle the distribution work. It’s not a big team, just a few of us making sure the boxes go out to where they need to go. New Delhi can get pretty hot in the summer, and that ground floor location helps keep things a bit cooler, though the humidity still gets to us. We’ve got desks and some storage space. Sometimes the couriers take a bit to find 1/28, but once they do, it’s a smooth process. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place of work. We handle the paperwork, take phone calls, and check the stock levels. It gets noisy outside with all the traffic and people walking by, but you get used to it after a week. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner when the afternoon slump hits. There isn't much to say other than we are just a local setup trying to do our part in the pharmaceutical chain. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the tasks, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple life, and we don’t need anything more than that to get the job done.
