Our office is based in Ankur Apartments, specifically Gh 2/59B in Paschim Vihar. Being inside an apartment complex makes things feel a bit different than a regular commercial shop. We are right near Neo Convent School, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. It’s a residential area, so it stays relatively quiet during the day compared to the main roads. Most of what we do involves coordinating between parents and tutors over the phone or through the computer. We have a couple of desks set up with phones and laptops where we manage all the schedules. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, trying to make sure everyone is where they need to be. We don’t have students coming here in large groups; it’s more of an administrative hub for our tutoring network. There are usually files stacked on the corner of the desks and some notes pinned to the wall. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for quite a while now. It works for us because it keeps our costs down and we can stay focused on the work without the distractions of a busy storefront. Sometimes the neighbors drop by just to say hello or ask about a tutor for their own kids. It’s a very personal way to run things. We like being part of the apartment community and knowing the security guards at the gate by name. It’s just how we operate every day.
