If you know Karol Bagh, you know how loud and fast everything moves, especially near Gaffar Market. Bj Exim Pvt. Ltd. is right across from there, inside Regant Mall. We occupy units F-4, 5, and 6, so it’s a bit of a spread-out space for us. Having three units next to each other means we have a lot of doors to lock up at night. The mall itself is always buzzing with people looking for electronics or clothes. Our office feels like a little escape from all that noise, though you can still hear the traffic if the windows are open. Inside, the floors are a bit worn down from years of people walking back and forth between the different rooms. We have one room mostly for the paperwork and another where we keep the samples and bigger items. It’s not a very modern setup, we have some old metal cabinets and wooden desks that have seen better days. But it works for what we do. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day, usually ordered from the stall right outside the mall entrance. The people working here have been together for a while, so we don't need to say much to get things done. It’s a busy life being in the heart of Karol Bagh, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the market and the constant flow of people in Hardyankrol Bagh. We just take it one day at a time.
