Biecco Lawrie Ltd

Over here at House No. 475 in Sec-15 Vasundhra, things are a bit different from a big city office. We are based in Ghaziabad, and it is a regular neighborhood where people live and work side by side. Our spot is just a normal house that we use for the company. It is easy to miss if you are not looking for the number on the gate. We have our desks set up and we spend our days coordinating whatever needs doing for Biecco Lawrie Ltd. It is mostly quiet on this street, though you get the usual sounds of the colony—delivery bikes passing by or the neighbors heading out. We don’t have any big mission statements or posters on the walls telling us how to work. We just show up, check the emails, and handle the technical side of things. It is a small team here, so we all know what the other person is doing. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the local news or the weather. It is a very human way to run a business. We are not trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get through the day's tasks without too much fuss. If someone drops by, they just see us working. It is honest and it is simple, which suits us just fine.
