H. No 889 in Sector-3 is where we are based. Pushp Vihar is a very busy spot in the Saket area. New Delhi always feels like it’s in a big hurry, with cars and people everywhere. Our office is on the ground floor. It’s much easier for people to get to us that way. We’ve been here at Bel for quite a while now. The walls could really use a new coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to deal with things like that. We have a few old computers and some desks that have seen better days. It's a functional space that works for us. We don't have a receptionist sitting at the front. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We get a lot of local mail delivered. The postman knows all of us by name. We have a small electric heater for the winters because it gets quite chilly in Delhi. In the summer, the air conditioner runs non-stop to keep us from melting. We don't have any fancy brochures or booklets. If you want to know what we do, you just have to come in and ask us. We prefer talking to people directly. It feels more personal that way. We close the iron shutters every evening at 6:30. There's a small park nearby where we sometimes go to sit for a bit after we finish work. It’s good to have some green space in the city. We’re just a few people trying to make a living here. It’s hard work, but we don't complain much about it.
