Bankey Behari Dairy & Paneer Bhandar

We are located over at 7 R K Puram, right in the Vasant Palace Market in Sector VI. It's a typical market spot, always something going on nearby with other shops and people moving around. We deal with milk and paneer mostly. Every morning starts quite early for us because that’s when the deliveries come in and people want their fresh stuff for breakfast. The shop isn't very large at all, just enough room for the refrigerators and a small counter where we stand to help people. We’ve been part of this market for a long time. You get to know the regulars who come in every day for their usual order without even having to ask them. It's a lot of lifting heavy crates and making sure everything stays cold throughout the day. The floor usually needs a good wash by midday because of the spills. We don't bother with fancy signs or any big displays. People in Sector VI know we are here and what we have. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the morning when everyone shows up at once before work. We just do our best to get through the line and help everyone out. It's a very straightforward business. We don't do anything besides the dairy products. If you are walking through Vasant Palace Market, you’ll see our shop easily. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't already in the area, but the locals don't mind. We just keep the doors open.
