Banarasi Pan Corner

If you find yourself near R K Puram Sector I, you’ve probably seen us right by the Som Vihar Main Gate 10. We’ve been operating Banarasi Pan Corner from this little corner for a good stretch of time. It isn't a big operation. We just have our small counter and the regular supplies. The traffic coming in and out of the gate keeps us pretty busy most of the day. You get all sorts of people stopping by, from workers taking a quick breather to residents coming home in the evening. We don't have a big fancy sign or a website. Most people just know we are here because they pass us every single day. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the summer, so we usually have a little shade set up. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the main road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to the regulars about the weather or the traffic. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It's just a small business trying to get through the week. We’ve got our routine down pretty well after all these years at this address. It feels like we are just part of the gate now.
