Ayuchakra Pharmaceuticals operates out of a space at D-36, Gali No- 2 in Laxmi Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of East Delhi. Our office is right there in the middle of all the chaos. It’s a simple setup where we handle the administrative side of things and some distribution. The street is always packed with rickshaws and people heading to the metro. We’ve gotten used to the constant sound of horns outside while we work. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of big tables with laptops and ledgers. We don't spend much on decor because that’s not what we’re about. It’s more about making sure the orders for the day are sorted out correctly. Laxmi Nagar has its own vibe, and being here means we are close to a lot of other vendors. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our day is spent talking to people on the phone or checking the latest stock lists. Sometimes the internet is slow, or a delivery gets delayed in the traffic, but we just deal with it. It’s a very local way of doing business. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It is just a group of people working in a small office in Delhi 110092, making sure the medicines get to where they're needed.
