We are based in Ashok Vihar, Phase 1, specifically at I-94. It’s a residential area mostly, but we’ve got our space here for the Automatic Instrument Pvt Ltd business. The building is one of those typical Delhi structures. It's got stairs that are a bit narrow. Inside, we have a lot of precision tools and testing equipment sitting around. It’s not a place for entertaining guests; it’s a place for working. We have a couple of benches where we do the assembly or checking. The lighting is okay, but we use extra lamps for the fine work. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when we are testing things. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea or heat up our food. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other's habits. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they are in the industry. The area is nice because there are a few parks nearby where we can sit for a few minutes if we need a break from the monitors. The traffic in Ashok Vihar can be a headache during rush hour, so we try to leave a bit early or stay late to avoid it. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We just focus on the instruments and keep the records in our big ledger books. We try to keep the noise down for the neighbors.
