Harphool Vihar is where we set up Ashraj Pharmaceutical. It’s in Part 2, Nangli Vihar. Our address is House No - 44A on Kh. No. - 63/12. It’s one of those areas where the houses all look a bit similar, so you have to look closely at the numbers. We aren’t in some big industrial park. We’re tucked away in a more residential-feeling spot. It makes the mornings quiet, which I like. We get started early, usually around eight, and start checking the new arrivals. The space is a bit cramped because of all the pharmaceutical crates, but we manage. We aren’t a huge operation. It’s just a handful of us. We talk to the local drivers and sort out the routes for the day. Sometimes the roads get muddy when it rains, and that makes things slow. We don’t have a big corporate structure. If something needs fixing, one of us just grabs a tool and does it. We keep our records in big ledgers and on one old computer that sometimes freezes up. It’s not the most modern way, but it works for us. We just want to do our job without any trouble. It’s a lot of manual counting and checking labels. Most of our neighbors are nice people. We just stay busy and try to keep the business going.
